We had a fantastic family vacation at this hotel. The pool villa we stayed in was spacious and perfect for kids, and the service throughout was outstanding. However, we did experience a disappointing night regarding the GHA status perks and late checkout, which didn’t live up to expectations. Overall, it's a great spot for families, especially with kids, but there are a few areas they could improve.

We had a lovely two-night stay at this resort. The pool access was a major highlight, allowing us to enjoy almost private use during our visit. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options, but we faced some delays with service at the cafe, which was a letdown. Overall, the staff was attentive and offered great safety precautions. The beach access was also a real plus, especially for our little one to play in the shallow waters.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! The service was commendable, with accommodating and helpful staff who truly catered to our needs. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were top-notch, especially in the pool access room. However, my only regret is that I only booked one night and didn’t get to enjoy more of what the hotel offered. I’m definitely planning to extend my stay next time!
